Painting contractors have a range of measurements of qualifications.  The most reliable standard is their years of service and their reputation in the field.  Most painting contractors will be glad to provide you with a list of satisfied customers so that you can drive by the home to inspect their quality of work. How long does it usually take to get a quote on my painting project?

Painters are usually very busy and split their time between fulfilling current painting jobs and providing estimates for prospective projects.  If a painting contractor is currently on a painting project it may take 2 to 3 days for an estimate to be completed unless they can meet you at your home earlier in the day or after finishing a day’s work. (Typically around 4 or 5pm)
